Ice City located at Sublot 122, Lot 3408, Ground Floor, Bintulu Parkcity Commercial Square, Phase 2, 97000 Bintulu, Sarawak, a place for enjoying delicious and creative snow ice, where customers are able to enjoy their food in a comfortable and relaxing environment. It is opened in 27 Dec 2006 by Mr. Joseph Hii and Annie Yew.

Before we first experience this delicious and enjoyable snow ice in one of the charmy food branches in Singapore. Due to its specialty and delicious taste, we have idea to start the snow ice business where not yet developed in our hometown, Sarawak. After launch the snow ice website from Taiwan, Mr Joseph Hii contact and discuss with the manager snow ice from Taiwan, MR: Fang Jung Nan who also stay in Singapore at that time. The manager agree and sell a franchise to us.

After one month, we become the agency of whole Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei for snow ice successfully. With full confidence, We opened first snow ice shop at park city, Bintulu. Other than just enjoying snow ice, customers especially youngsters also like to have their birthday party at ice city. Due to its potential, Mr Joseph Hii plan to open another 35 branches all over Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei.

• 2006, Establish “ Ice City store” with a capital of RM$250 Thousand.
• 2007, Appling the Franchise strategy, Ice City setup 1 stores in a month. By the following months we achieve a total of 6 stores in Sabah & Sarawak Which is located in Sibu, Kuching, Miri, Mukah and Sabah (KK).
